The ROHS test requirements

Metal material testing four kinds of harmful metallic elements such as ( Cd / Pb / Hg cadmium lead mercury / Cr6 + six valence chromium)
Plastic materials in addition to check these four kinds of harmful heavy metal elements also need to test the brominated flame retardants ( polybrominated biphenyls polybrominated biphenyls ether PBB / PBDE )
At the same time on different materials packaging materials also need respectively in packaging material test ( 94 / 62 / EEC )
The following is the RoHS for six kinds of harmful substances limits concentration:
Cadmium : less than 100ppm lead : less than 1000ppm
Steel alloy is less than 3500ppm
Aluminum alloy in less than 4000ppm
Copper alloy containing less than 40000ppm
Mercury : less than 1000ppm
Chromium six : less than 1000ppm
