In 2, CSA International will be based on the specific circumstances identified product certification fee, and then to fax application company.
In 3, the company confirmed, will send the formal application form and the notice, the notice shall include the following requirements:
( 1) the formal application form signed by telegraphic transfer, certification fees ( can pay by RMB) to the office.
(2 ) in accordance with the notification will be sent to designated locations test model.
4, designated laboratory will be on time for certification.
In 5, certification testing is completed, will be issued to applicant company a preliminary report ( Findings Letter ), details as follows:
( 1) product structure needs to improve to meet the standard.
( 2) to be used to complete the certification report and other information.
( 3 ) request the company a certificate ( Certification Record ) draft.
( 4) the CSA certification required marks and getting mark method.
( 5) products for factory test ( Factory Tests ).
In 6, CSA International will apply for the company to the fifth answer to be evaluated.
In 7, while the CSA International will prepare a for production reference and tracing inspection certification report ( Certification Report ).
In 8, at this stage, in some cases, the CSA International to initial factory assessment ( Initial Factory Evaluation ), IFE.
In 9, the last CSA International will together with certification records ( Certification Record ) to send a certificate ( Certification of Compliance ) authorize the company in its product with CSA certification mark.
In 10, for the company to CSA International signed a service agreement ( Service Agreement ) with CSA International, said the two sides agreed that to the factory to make the product tracking test. For the company each year to pay the annual fee ( Annual Fee ) to maintain the agreement.
